Balram Chanrai to plough another £15m into Portsmouth just to keep them going

Portsmouth will be kept alive by another £15m cash injection from owner Balram Chainrai even while the High Court questions his right to put the Premier League club into voluntary administration.[LNB]Another baffling day of who owes what, to whom and how much unfolded amid legal arguments and counter-arguments about whether the Hong Kong-based businessman can provide evidence that he has put his own money or that of his company Portpin Limited into Portsmouth at all.
