Vale unchanged for Brewers clash

Attacking midfielder Rob Taylor will again look to finally serve a one-match suspension that has been hanging over his head for three weeks due to the recent raft of games called off. Striker Geoff Horsfield (hamstring) remains Vale's only injury absentee although he may well be back in contention for Saturday's clash against Macclesfield. Adams faces a welcome selection dilemma regarding which combination of strikers will feature in either his usual 3-4-3 formation or the 4-4-2 system he employed last time out against Grimsby on December 28. Top goalscorer Marc Richards is certain to start with new signing Craig Davies, Lewis Haldane, Sean Rigg, Louis Dodds, Danny Glover and James Lawrie also competing for inclusion.
