Vale head to Carlisle

Port Vale have been handed an away tie at Carlisle in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy second round.The Valiants secured their place in the draw with a 2-1 victory over League One Rochdale, while their opponents received a bye.The tie will be played during the week commencing October 4 at Brunton Park.
