Vale and Telford share the spoils

Just days after losing 1-0 to Biddulph Victoria, Vale again struggled to get the better of non-league opposition and new boss Micky Adams will now go to Rochester on Wednesday night looking for his first win in charge of the club. Phil Trainer opened the scoring for the Blue Square North side before Dave Howland's 20-yard effort levelled matters for a strong Vale outfit, which included trialist Zoumana Bakayogo.
