Loan midfielder Sam Togwell has told Port Vale he will not make a decision on where his long-term future lies until the end of the season.
Vale have offered Crystal Palace a five-figure fee for the 21-year-old, who has impressed greatly since joining from the Championship side last November.
Boss Martin Foyle has held tentative discussions with Togwell about making his move to Vale Park a permanent one, but the player, who won January's fans' player of the month award, will delay making a decision for the time being.
He told the Sentinel: "I'm keeping my options open, I won't make any decision until the end of the season.
"I just want to concentrate on the next ten games before I make a decision."
