Midfielder Sam Togwell says he is enjoying his loan stay at Port Vale, but has hinted that he still sees his long-term future at Crystal Palace.
The 21-year-old has spent the last three months with the Valiants, showing up well in a central midfield role for Martin Foyle's side.
Togwell told The Sentinel: "I just want to get the season out of the way and then see what lies ahead after that.
"I have settled down here now and my fitness levels are good, which has been helped by playing regular first-team football."
Of his new role at the heart of the midfield engine-room, he added: "That is where I love playing because you are more involved in the game.
"I learned to play there at Palace and I am learning more and more here at Vale."
