Sinnott eyes Vale positives

Manager Lee Sinnott believes Port Vale will bounce back after Saturday's goalless draw with Huddersfield Town confirmed their relegation to League Two.
The Valiants have won just nine league games during a miserable campaign and Sinnott, who took over from former boss Dean Glover in November, was unable to preserve their League One status.
"The 'R' word has been hanging over our heads for two or three weeks now," he admitted.
"We have been waiting in the gallows for someone to pull the lever and that has finally happened.
"But I'm not about to go and sit in a corner and cry. There is too much hard work to do and the aim now is to finish the season as strongly as possible and then take that on next season.
"I'm proud of the players and they have again shown a lot of spirit. We have taken ten points from the last 12 and there are a lot of positive signs at the football club.
"What we must do now is to build on that. The players are naturally down and I'm particularly disappointed for the fans.
"But everyone can take some crumbs of comfort from our recent form."
Meanwhile, Mark McGregor has left Vale Park after the defender was released from his contract.
