Port Vale manager Lee Sinnott has told two more players that they will be allowed to further their careers away from Vale Park next season.
Wolves defender Keith Lowe, who has been with the club on a season-long loan, will return to Molineux in the summer, while Charlie O'Loughlin will not be handed a new contract.
Former Farsley Celtic boss Sinnott told Vale's official website: "Personnel change is part of football and we're in a position where we can instigate change and we have to take advantage of that.
"It's just purely a footballing decision made on how I see us going, with the amount of money we have available and the squad size we'll have.
"It's part of my job to make those decisions and it's an opportunity to strip back, regroup and build strongly.
"There will be more decisions made over the next couple of weeks before the end of the season, but like I said, that's part of my job."
