Lions make Bratt livid
26 Mar 2007 - 12:13:00
Port Vale chairman Bill Bratt blasted Millwall striker Poul Hubertz after the tempestuous match between the two sides at Vale Park.
Vale won the game 2-0 but Bratt was incensed with the Lions player's behaviour that he thought helped to get Jason Talbot sent off.
Talbot faces a lengthy ban after being dismissed for the third time this season when he tangled with Millwall winger Ryan Smith.
But Bratt fumed: "The big centre-forward ran 30 yards to get in the melee and that's unforgivable as far as I'm concerned.
"I wouldn't expect our players to do what their players did. It's completely wrong.
"I feel sorry for Jason Talbot. He's getting a reputation and it's not all his fault."
