Injury ends Mikaelsson stay

On-loan Port Vale striker Tobias Mikaelsson has returned to Aston Villa after suffering an ankle injury.
The 19-year-old forward picked up the injury during the defeat to Hartlepool. Swedish-born Mikaelsson had failed to score in six games for the Valiants, including five starts.
However, boss Lee Sinnott was full of praise for the striker, telling The Sentinel: "I believe there are goals in him. He had that record at Aston Villa.
"He had settled in well and you could see his partnership with Kyle Perry growing over the last couple of games.
"This was his first loan in England and, if he goes somewhere else, I think he will benefit."
Mikaelsson signed professional terms at Villa Park in July 2007 and has yet to make a first-team appearance for the club.
