Port Vale manager Micky Adams has praised trialist Zoumana Bakayogo after the midfielder impressed in a pre-season fixture with Telford United.
The former Millwall and Brighton defender played for an hour of the Valiants' 1-1 draw with Telford and Adams liked what he saw from the 22-year-old.
"He's not costing us anything so we can have a look at him. I thought he did fantastically well in the 60 minutes he played," Adams told BBC Radio Stoke.
"I've got a fantastic relationship with an agency in France. They know the type of player that I like, and they recommended the player to me."
