The 22-year-old striker joined the Valiants from non-league side Chasetown in January last year, but will not be offered a new contract when his current one expires in the summer. Since joining the club, Perry has failed to hit the net in 31 appearances.[LNB]Glover told the Sentinel: "They are the horrible decisions managers have to make. I feel I've got to make those decisions, though, to try to take the club forward and it's nothing personal against Kyle. I need something different within our side.[LNB]"We need a bit more pace because we haven't got an abundance of it. I also need bodies who can get in behind defenders because we have no release of pressure when we've been defending for certain periods of the game. We've had no outlet other than trying to play ourselves out of trouble. But sometimes, when confidence is low, it is not easy to do that."[LNB]Perry, who started in Friday night's 1-0 home defeat by Lincoln, said: "Things haven't gone the way I'd have hoped, or the way I'd planned. But I hold no grudges against Dean Glover. We all want to be winners, including myself and Dean."[LNB]Perry is determined to bounce back from this latest setback and is refusing to give up on his dream of succeeding in the professional ranks. He said: "This is the dream I've always been chasing and I don't want to give up on it yet."[LNB][LNB]
