Taylor keen on fresh Vale start
The winger, signed by Lee Sinnott from non-league Nuneaton in July 2008, was frozen out under Dean Glover.
Taylor, 24, did not feature in Glover's seven-month regime until mid-January.
He told BBC Radio Stoke: "I was promised regular football but it didn't happen. Hopefully the new manager will see what I can do.
"Three managers in 12 months is mad but hopefully I can learn from an experienced manager."
