Sinnott, who is now in charge of Northern Premier League side Bradford Park Avenue, was axed after only 10 months in charge at Vale Park.[LNB]Sinnott, 43, left Farsley Celtic after four years in charge to take over at Vale, but relegation to League Two followed by a poor start to this season saw him sacked.[LNB]After the deal was struck, Sinnott said: "I am delighted a fair deal has now been reached, with the support of the LMA. I wish Port Vale FC and all its fans very best wishes in the future."[LNB]The League Managers Association assisted Sinnott, and LMA Chief Executive Richard Bevan believes his organisation is as important as it has ever been, in light of the recent spate of managerial casualties.[LNB]"With a growing number of sackings in recent seasons, it's clear that the game has some significant issues in respect of the way it deals with managers," said Bevan.[LNB]"As a result, our services as a representative body have never been called upon more."[LNB][LNB]
