Roberts deal agreed
Gary Roberts has agreed a deal in principle to stay at Port Vale until the end of the season.
The midfielder signed a six-month contract over the summer, but his impressive performances to date have meant Micky Adams is keen to tie down his services on a longer deal.
The Vale boss told the club`s official website: "We have agreed a deal but there are still a few things to iron out, we are hopeful everything will be done and dusted quite soon."
