Myrie-Williams back to boost Vale

Jennison Myrie-Williams returns from suspension to give Port Vale boss Micky Adams a full-strength squad to choose from for the visit of AFC Wimbledon.

Myrie-Williams missed the 1-1 draw at Cheltenham last weekend after receiving his fifth yellow card of the season in the home defeat to Chesterfield but the winger is pushing for a return to the starting line-up against the struggling Dons.

Along with Myrie-Williams, Adams has defenders Adam Yates and Clayton McDonald, midfielders Chris Shuker and Kingsley James and strikers Calvin Andrew and Ben Williamson available should he wish to make any changes to his starting XI.

Vale remain second in the npower League Two table despite a defeat and a draw in their last two matches.

AFC Wimbledon boss Neal Ardley has to make at least two changes to his team.

Midfielder Steven Gregory has gone back to Bournemouth after his three-month loan spell expired following last week's defeat by Rotherham, and full-back Jim Fenlon is suspended for collecting five yellow cards.

Strikers Byron Harrison (back) and Charlie Strutton (knee) missed out against the Millers and will be assessed.

But Ardley could add Brendan Kiernan and Rashid Yussuff to his squad after lengthy spells out.

Forward Kiernan has not played since September due to an ankle injury and midfielder Yussuff has been out for a month with a hip infection, but both came through a reserve game in midweek to prove their fitness.

On-loan West Ham striker Paul McCallum also returns after completing a three-match ban.
