New loan signings Jay O`Shea, Romaine Sawyers and Kayleden Brown are in line to make their debuts for Port Vale when they play host to Cheltenham. Manager Jim Gannon, who will preside over his first home game in charge of the Burslem outfit, snapped up Birmingham forward O`Shea on a month`s loan on Thursday to counter the loss of a handful of key performers. He has also signed Romaine Sawyers and Kayleden Brown, both attacking players, on 28-day loans from West Brom. Striker Marc Richards (thigh), forwards Louis Dodds (calf) and Sean Rigg (thigh) and midfielder Doug Loft (calf) all missed last weekend`s 2-1 defeat at Crewe and are set to watch from the sidelines again. They will be joined by the suspended Gary Roberts who misses the next two games having collected his 10th booking of the season, while fellow midfielder Sam Morsy also left Gresty Road struggling with a knock and will be assessed. Tommy Fraser parted ways with the Valiants this week after his contract was terminated by mutual consent, subsequently penning a deal with Barnet.
