The midfielder, 30, signed a short-term deal until December 28 when he joined the Burslem outfit back in September. Positive initial performances were followed by some indifferent displays which saw him lose his place in the side.[LNB]But he was recalled for Tuesday's triumph at Lincoln and is keen to prove his worth to manager Micky Adams with talks over his future yet to take place.[LNB]"I am happy here - happy with the lads and the manager," he told The Sentinel. "But we have not spoken about extending my stay yet, so I'm still in the dark a little bit. We will see come January.[LNB]"I'm not ready to commit completely yet because nothing has been said, but I am enjoying myself. It is a good club that has potential. I think the club can meet my own ambitions and Micky Adams is a major attraction for me.[LNB]"He's a top-class manager and if he's willing to commit himself then other people will as well. I've obviously still got something to prove because nobody has come to me with an offer yet. All I can do is try to play well and see where it takes me."[LNB][LNB]
