Fraser ruled out of Quakers clash
The suspended midfielder served the first game of a two-match ban on Saturday as Vale went down 1-0 at Morecambe, bringing an end to a frustratingly inconsistent month that saw them lose four and win two of their six games.[LNB]The returning Anthony Griffith took Fraser's vacated spot in the middle of the park and he should do so again, although manager Micky Adams may opt to make changes to his XI.[LNB]Vale started slowly out of the blocks at Christie Park and, although they could easily have snatched something, were ultimately left to rue a lack of conviction in the final third, with Adams calling for more consistency from every player in his ranks.[LNB]Midfielder Dave Howland (knee) and striker Geoff Horsfield (calf) are again expected to miss out.[LNB][LNB]
