Glover also saw goalkeeper Joe Anyon carried off with a leg injury and Marc Richards pull up with an Achilles problem as two goals from Jack Lester were enough to make Paul Marshall's free-kick little more than a consolation. But he remained upbeat despite the loss and commented: "We did well and for 60 minutes or so we stuck to our role, but Jack Lester is a good poacher and he's probably the top marksman at this level and he does it well. "Overall I cannot fault the commitment that the players have shown. It's just a shame that we didn't get a little bit more good fortune in their final third. "It is frustrating because we worked so hard but unfortunately they got the breaks. "But we've come to a team that is doing well and for us to give a decent account of ourselves is a good effort."
