Brightwell praises stubborn Vale
Both sides were reduced to 10 men - Kyle Perry seeing red for Vale and Marc Pugh for Shrews - in a game which saw Richard Walker cancel out Steven Thompson's thunderous early opener[LNB]Brightwell insists he did not see the Perry incident and would have to view DVD evidence before commenting, but he was delighted with his team's performance.[LNB]He said: "Kyle has told us his side of the story and we will have to have a look at it.[LNB]"It's a shame to talk about a sending off again because the lads were different class out there. They battled tremendously hard for each other.[LNB]"We told them at half-time they would all have to dig deep and they certainly did that."[LNB][LNB]
