Adams ready to make some changes

Vale put in arguably their worst display of the season on Saturday as their faltering play-off ambitions were dented by a 2-0 home defeat against a Barnet side who had lost their previous 10 league games on the road.[LNB]Assistant manager Geoff Horsfield branded some of the players "cowards" in the aftermath of the encounter and they will surely be chomping at the bit to put that right against an Imps side four places below them in the table.[LNB]Central midfielder Anthony Griffith serves the second game of his two-match ban so will miss out again, with Doug Loft looking to keep his place in the middle of the park although Dave Howland will be hoping for a chance to shine.[LNB]Centre-back Gareth Owen (hamstring) won his fitness battle to start against Barnet and he should do so again, while Louis Dodds and Rob Taylor are both pushing for starting rolls having come off the bench at the weekend.[LNB][LNB]
