Adams: Big December for Valiants

Marc Richards' ninth goal of the campaign and Louis Dodds' seventh sandwiched Chris Martin's own-goal and secured a 2-1 win, meaning the Valiants have now lost just one of their last 10 games.[LNB]Adams is not ruling out a charge for the play-offs in the new year but knows the remaining 15 points available this month will play a big part in deciding which battle the club end up fighting come May.[LNB]"It was a hard-earned win. We showed a lot of character and a lot of desire. We had a bit of luck as well," he said.[LNB]"December is a big month for us, if we can string some results together we could be in among the play-off positions but if things go the other way we'll be fighting against relegation."[LNB]Adams refused to blame goalkeeper Martin for Lincoln's leveller, adding: "Chris made two great saves for us in the first half. Lincoln's goal was his first real mistake and he'll learn from it."[LNB][LNB]
