Poland will host Uruguay on November 14 in their latest international friendly, the Polish football association announced on Tuesday.
While it will be a home game, the match location is yet to be fixed, the association said.
Poland have met Uruguay on two previous occasions, both of them friendlies in Montevideo, drawing 2-2 in 1986 and winning 1-0 six years later.
The Uruguay match will come a month after Poland meet England in Warsaw in one of the highest-profile games of their 2014 World Cup qualifying campaign.
