Teale makes Pilgrims move

Plymouth Argyle manager Paul Sturrock has snapped up Gary Teale from Premier League strugglers Derby County.

The 29-year-old Scotland international moved to Pride Park from Wigan Athletic 13 months ago and helped the Rams clinch promotion last term.

However, the right-winger has seen his first-team opportunities since Paul Jewell took over as manager become extremely limited.

He has agreed a loan switch to Home Park until the end of the season.
