Sturrock won't walk away from Argyle
Published : 18 Sep 2009 13:28:00

The Pilgrims have not won a game since April, but Sturrock feels they are moving in the direction and is grateful for the backing he has received from supporters. "If I wasn't seeing total commitment from the players, as far as endeavour is concerned, in the games then I might sit down and have a clear-your-head scenario," he said. "I feel we have worked very hard on certain aspects of our game this year and we're starting to see the benefits, although we're not seeing it in points. "Yes, you'll have dissenters who think a change of management is the way forward, but I've been really buoyed by people who have been writing to me, sending me texts and e-mails and phoning me."
