Sturrock urges Pilgrims on

Plymouth Argyle boss Paul Sturrock is hopeful that his side can build on a potentially crucial 1-0 victory at Blackpool. Gary Sawyer's late goal moved the Pilgrims four points clear of the drop zone, with Sturrock's focus already on next weekend's clash with Coventry City. He told the Evening Herald: "If we lose that one and the others below us get results, we will be back to square one again. "I'm glad we are not in the bottom three, because sometimes that can work against you. "We can be positive with the players now and we are going to work very, very hard on the things we know. "I'm going to stick very close to this team, if at all possible."
