Reid rues luckless Argyle
Manager Peter Reid felt Plymouth were unlucky to lose their three-match winning run at Hartlepool.Goals from Antony Sweeney and Sam Collins gave the hosts a 2-0 victory.Reid, whose side are back on the bottom of the table, said: "It was a tough afternoon. We gave as good as we got but it didn't break for us. When we had a shot blocked on the line I had a feeling we wouldn't score, but they took their chances."The pitch isn't the greatest but we played some decent football at times."The first goal, from our point of view, started with a foul on Jim Paterson but it fell for them and it was a goal we could have stopped. The second goal was a sloppy one."We haven't defended well. If you don't do that and give away sloppy goals it's hard. We kept going and possibly deserved a point without taking our chances. We could have defended both goals and didn't do it. The ball didn't go for us and it's a bad result."
