Reid bemoans penalty decision

Plymouth boss Peter Reid felt his side were denied a blatant penalty in their 3-1 defeat at home to Tranmere.Appeals were waved away after Joe Mason's 15th-minute cross came off the hand of Rovers central defender Ian Goodison.Reid said: "I thought it was a penalty for handball, but we haven't had one this season so I`ve got no reason to see why we are going to get one."Without having a go at the officials, we need a break from somewhere, and if he had given it I don't think it would have been a break, I think it would have been a fair decision."I think he will be disappointed when he sees it again but...that's the way things are going. When things are going against you, these things happen. I`ve been in football a long time."Mason scored a late consolation for Argyle after Lateef Elford-Alliyu had scored twice and Enoch Showunmi had added a third.
