Reading striker Shane Long struck a stoppage-time penalty to earn them a crucial win over Plymouth and boost their Championship survival hopes.Simon Church missed two chances for the Royals while Jamie Mackie forced Adam Federici to make a good save. Reading went ahead when Shane Long sped through and slotted home, but Argyle levelled when Carl Fletcher tapped in after Kenny Cooper's shot was blocked.
