Plymouth Argyle boss Paul Sturrock has bolstered his squad with the double capture of Gyorgy Sandor and Jamie Mackie.
Hungary international midfielder Sandor has joined the Pilgrims from Ujpest on a season-long loan, with a view to a permanent transfer in the summer.
The 23-year-old will join fellow Hungarians Krisztian Timar and Peter Halmosi at Home Park.
Meanwhile, striker Mackie has joined the Championship club from non-league Exeter City.
The 22-year-old striker has scored 14 times this season and has joined Argyle for an initial fee of £145,000.
"Gyorgy and the others we have brought in are quality players," Sturrock told the club's official website.
"He's a central midfielder first and foremost, but can also play on either side.
"He'll have to adapt, of course, and it took Peter a while to adapt to the way the game is played here. But I think he'll benefit from the two others being here.
"He speaks really good English and understands it as well, so that's not going to be a stumbling block."
