Palace trip to start for Pilgrims

Argyle's first home league game is against QPR on Saturday, August 15 followed by a Tuesday night floodlit match at home to Cardiff (August 18). Sturrock's side visit Cardiff on Boxing Day, but are at home either side of Christmas, against Coventry (December 19) and Reading (December 28). Argyle's last home match is against newly-promoted Peterborough on May 2, while the home game against Blackpool, managed by former Argyle boss Ian Holloway, is on March 27.
