Plymouth Argyle captain Lilian Nalis has backed his side to continue their fine run of form and challenge for a play-off place in the Championship.
Paul Sturrock's side are currently fifth in the table on the back of four consecutive victories, having made light of the loss of several key players in the January transfer window.
Nalis told the Evening Herald: "You need to give respect to all the players in the dressing room and to what the gaffer has done. It's four wins in a row for us.
"From now on, we are going forward. We don't want to talk about the past and the players who left.
"It's a short career in football and you need to look after yourself and that's what they have been doing.
"If we continue talking all the time about what was before, it's never going to work."
