Larrieu staying at Home
15 Nov 2006 - 11:00:01
Plymouth Argyle boss Ian Holloway has rubbished reports that Romain Larrieu will be allowed to leave Home Park on loan.
Larrieu has lost the number one jersey to Luke McCormick following injury, but Holloway insists the the French custodian is still very much part of his plans.
"I am only one injury away from needing another goalkeeper and I have waited long enough for him," Holloway told the club's official website.
"I like to reward people who do well for me and it would be an absolute travesty if I left Luke McCormick out at the moment, but I know I have another brilliant keeper who is now getting fit.
"The major concern was that he might not be fit and healthy, but the fella has come through a horrific time with style."
