Judge misses out for young Irish

Published: 11 Nov 2009 - 11:16:00

The on-loan Blackburn winger has stayed in Plymouth in a bid to recover from a knee injury which forced his substitution after scoring in the 2-1 home Championship win over Doncaster. Argyle's on-loan Manchester United right-back David Gray (hip) is also staying at the club instead of joining up with the Scotland Under-21 squad ahead of their Saturday qualifier in Azerbaijan. Boss Paul Sturrock confirmed: "Judge and Gray have not travelled with their international teams. They are both getting treatment here and have contacted their managers."
