FA fines West Brom and Plymouth

Plymouth Argyle and West Bromwich Albion have both been fined £12,500 by the Football Association for failing to control their players.But £7,500 of the fine for each club has been suspended until 1 June 2011. A mass confrontation occurred when West Brom midfielder Jerome Thomas was sent off in last month's Championship game. Thomas saw red for a tackle on Plymouth defender David McNamee in stoppage time of Albion's 1-0 win and was banned for four games for violent conduct. .... read more
