Plymouth Argyle new boy Tony Capaldi is looking forward to starting life with his new team, after moving to Home Park from Birmingham City.

The 21-year-old Northern Ireland Under-21 international has signed on for two years with the Pilgrims, having impressed in his one game with the club at the end of last season.

He told the Express Herald: "I'd been at Birmingham for a long time and it's good to get a fresh start.

"I'm not sure what to expect. I don't know how hard it is going to be, but I'm not a big fan of pre-season training anyway.

"I'm sure it will be pretty tough, but I am looking forward to it."
