'WAG' may be a title she has bitterly refuted during her time as a Celebrity Big Brother contestant, but regardless of her protests we take a closer look at our WAG of the week, Nicola Tappenden.
NAME: Tappenden, Nicola
WAG STATUS: Reportedly engaged to Plymouth midfielder Simon Walton, who is currently on loan at League Two Crewe Alexandra. The couple also have a daughter named Poppy. Nicola once dated Fulham striker Bobby Zamora too (not at the same time I hasten to add).
BIO: Better known as 'Nicola T', Miss Tappenden shot to fame when she won the Sun's first ever page 3 idol competition.
Since then her modelling career has continued to develop and as well as appearing scantily dressed in the red tops, she also regularly poses for lads magazines.
Croydon born Nicola appeared on our screens when she featured in the film Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo as a red light district girl. A classy role indeed.
Her other career ventures include appearing on the reality TV series Wags Boutique and launching a fitness DVD entitled 'WAG's Workout', but she's not a WAG you understand, well at least not when it doesn't suit her.
Nicola now runs an online shop that donates a percentage of the proceeds to charity and allegedly plans to launch her singing career when she finally leaves the Celebrity Big Brother house later this month. It's safe to say her first single isn't likely to be something we'll all be looking out for though.
