Chris Barker has yet to feature this season after sustaining an injury in pre-season while Bradley Wright-Phillips and Reda Johnson have been sidelined since September.[LNB]Sturrock told the club's official website: "Johnson's out for the next two weeks. Bradley is about the same and we're very hopeful Barker's now responding to treatment, though he gets niggles now and again. We'll take him slower but, hopefully, he's not far away."[LNB]Meanwhile Sturrock has revealed he is hoping to further strengthen his backroom team following the recent arrival of Paul Mariner.[LNB]With Kevin Summerfield and John Blackley leaving the Championship club, Sturrock lured former Pilgrims striker Mariner back to Home Park as head coach and now wants to add another member to his coaching staff.[LNB]Sturrock told the club's official website: "I am meeting some of the powers-that-be in London and it's one of the main topics I will be discussing.[LNB]"We are one light and, with the [squad] body count we have, I would like to bring in somebody else to have three of us working very hard together."[LNB]The reserves were held to a 1-1 draw with Exeter at Home Park on Tuesday - Alan Gow's 47th-minute opener being cancelled out by Ben Watson's header moments later.[LNB][LNB]
