Transfer embargo hits Pilgrims

The Football League has imposed the punishment because of unpaid debts although Todd insists the club will not be facing administration and the ban was put in place on a technicality because of a delay in paying creditors.[LNB]Todd told The Times: "There is a temporary one [embargo] in place that will be cleared by the end of December so we'll be in the transfer market in January.[LNB]"It will all be cleared. It is in relation to an historic matter that will be cleared this month. It's not a problem."[LNB][LNB][LNB]
