Argyle's last win in the Championship was a 2-0 Boxing Day victory over second from bottom Southampton and Sturrock is now under pressure to deliver a good result.

Following Saturday's 2-0 setback at basement side Charlton, he said: "I've committed myself to a freshness. There will be many changes and we have to go out there and get the three points."

Argyle are at home to Sheffield United on Saturday and Sturrock admits: "We have to turn it around - and we have two home games to do it in."

Meanwhile, Barnet have extended midfielder Yannick Bolasie's loan from the Pilgrims by a further month.

The 19-year-old joined the Bees on an initial one-month loan at the end of January and has impressed with one goal in five appearances. Bolasie has started Barnet's last two games and manager Ian Hendon has extended the deal until February 22.
