The 3-0 defeat to Derby on Saturday saw the Pilgrims extend their winless run to seven games and left them just five points above the relegation zone.[LNB]Plymouth travel to bottom side Charlton on Saturday before hosting Crystal Palace the following Tuesday and Sturrock is urging his players to work hard on the training ground in order to put things right.[LNB]"We are going to have to go back to the old Plymouth Argyle and play two upfront and make sure the visiting back four know they have been in a game," said Sturrock.[LNB]"I am going to turn things around at home so we are on the front foot from the off. I have watched the tapes and DVDs and studied everything but the only place we can put it right is on the training ground - so that's what we will be doing.[LNB]"It's about work, work, work and then some more hard work."[LNB][LNB]
