Sturrock laments Sylvan loss

Ebanks-Blake left Argyle for Wolves in the January 2008 transfer window, and he has led his new club to promotion with 25 goals in this campaign while his former side continues to struggle at the other end of the Championship. The Pilgrims only secured their status in the division in the goalless draw with QPR at Loftus Road last weekend. "It has been a season that, in a way, has been inevitable, due to the players we lost in the transfer windows," Sturrock told the club's official website. "You can't lose Ebanks-Blake, a potential 20-goals-per-season striker. There are not that many 20-goal strikers lying about, who all of a sudden, come cap in hand to you. He has probably been the biggest miss of them all. "I am relatively pleased. There have been bad days and good days, but now we have a chance to regroup and consolidate."
