Squad players impress Sturrock
The manager saw goals from striker Jermaine Easter and midfielder Luke Summerfield earn his reserves a 2-0 win over Bristol City on Wednesday.
And some members of the second string may now come into the relegation-haunted Pilgrims' squad for the Clarets clash at Home Park.
Sturrock said: "Before the game I made it clear to all of them that there was an opportunity for them, and I think they've put food for thought in my mind."
