Robins host Argyle
Cheltenham will be at home to Plymouth in the second round of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy.
The sides have not played each other since the 2002/03 campaign, when the Pilgrims won both League One encounters.
The tie will be played in the week commencing October 4.
