Reid: Time for Walton to move on
Plymouth boss Peter Reid has wished midfielder Simon Walton well after he left to join Sheffield United.
Walton made just 14 appearances for the Pilgrims since joining from QPR in 2008 and spent last season on loan at Crewe.
Reid said: "For one reason or another it hasn't worked out for Simon at Argyle.
"This is a good opportunity for him to make his mark elsewhere and we hope it goes well for him."
