Reid: I want to stay at Argyle

Peter Reid has revealed he wants to stay in charge of Plymouth. Despite Argyle's dire financial situation that resulted in administration, a 10-point deduction and relegation to npower League Two following the 3-1 defeat to Southampton, Reid insists he wants to remain at Home Park next season. However, with a new owner likely, Reid is unsure whether he will be restored as Pilgrims boss. "Listen, I don't know if the new owner will want me, or what's going on at the football club," he told the Herald Express. "I'm contracted for another year and I would be delighted to stay here, but that might be out of my hands. "It's not a question for now because we've still got one game left, and I'm desperate to win it for the supporters and the players."
