Reid explains Bhasera switch
Plymouth boss Peter Reid has explained his decision to move defender Onismor Bhasera to a new role on the wing.
Bhasera has been moved forward from his favoured position of left-back as Reid looks to improve his side's productivity in the final third of the field.
"The final ball is so important," Reid told the club's official website. "You can have all the build-up in the world but if you don't get that delivery in at the end it's a waste of time.
"I don't think it comes overnight but his [Bhasera's] energy is good in there. We got down the left once or twice but we've got to get more quality.
"We'll be working on that but he's done well."
