Reid: Cut out the cards

14 September 2010 11:00
Plymouth manager Peter Reid has demanded an improvement in his side`s discipline. Argyle have made a disappointing start to the season, winning just one of their first five games since suffering relegation in May. They have not helped themselves by having two players sent off and accumulating 12 yellow cards, with several set-pieces resulting in goals being conceded. Reid told the Evening Herald: "We are giving away too many free-kicks, without a doubt. I'm sick of saying it. People are going nowhere and we are giving free-kicks away. It puts pressure on you all the time. "You have got to be cool, professional and do your job. Some balls you can't get to and you have got to read that and stay strong."
