Wotton back in the mix

Plymouth's options for the clash with Wycombe have been boosted by the return to fitness of Paul Wotton.

The 36-year-old played 80 minutes of a midweek friendly victory over Torquay as he ups his comeback from broken ribs and the former Southampton man is available to face the Chairboys.

Curtis Nelson is also available for selection after serving a one-match suspension.

The home-grown defender saw red in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy victory against Cheltenham but he also featured against the Gulls in midweek and is another option for manager John Sheridan against the in-form Blues.

Wycombe will be boosted by the return of defender Charles Dunne.

The Chairboys, unbeaten in four, have been without Dunne while he served a three-game suspension but the Blackpool loanee is available again for the trip, though Josh Scowen's injury will be assessed.

Dean Morgan missed the 2-1 win at Hartlepool due to illness but he looks set to return while midfielder Billy Knott will play the last game of his loan spell from Sunderland.

Manager Gareth Ainsworth may stick with midfielder Stuart Lewis and striker Matt McClure after he recalled the pair to the side for his side's third successive victory.
